Released on May 1st, 2004, 'Art Of Survival' is the debut full-length album from Through The Discipline. T.T.D. toured the U.S.A multiple times in support of this album with Kataklysm, Misery Index, Cannae, 100 Demons, Full Blown Chaos, Bloodjinn, The Hostage Heart. Through The Discipline was featured on the 2004 New England Metal & Hardcore Fest at the Palladium in Worcester, MA and on the 2004 Hellfest at the Rex Plex in New Jersey.
